Dynamic Campus Mapping

This product is a tool for complex non-expert multi-stakeholder situations such as an urban planning process. All stakeholders have different expectations and different levels of understanding of the project. This Augmented Reality Decision Support System is able to predict and quantify the impact of disruptive interventions in diverse different situations, as suggested by stakeholders.

The core product is a physical model of a city (part) that is dynamically adjustable. Every physical adjustment serves as an input for the underlying mathematical model that is able to calculate different parameters such as, but not limited to, the walkability of the city. In this way, all stakeholders are optimally included in the process in an extremely intuitive way. The core value of the product is the innovative user experience: tangible interaction and direct visual response.
